This unit covers the use of the SWOT analysis strategy by leadership and managers to ensure that organizations fully realize their potential and stay abreast with their surroundings.
6. Learning Unit 6: Challenges, Prospects and the Future of Strategic Management and Leadership
6.1 Key Concepts
This unit covers the paradoxes, the Fourth Industrial Revolution reconfigurations of strategic leadership and the emerging demands on leadership in the public and private sector.
