
SLP: Human Resource Management
Purpose
The purpose of this course is to capacitate delegates with the knowledge and skills to navigate complex decision-making, work individually and in teams to contribute to organisational success, promote personal and professional growth, and effectively manage outcomes in varied contexts. The programme empowers supervisors and managers to understand and manage employee behaviours and attitudes by applying fair, ethical, and procedurally correct consequence management.
