Admission Rules and Applications
A STUDENT WITH A SEMESTER MARK (DP) OF NOT LESS THAN 60% MAY APPLY TO RETAIN IT FOR ONE AVADEMIC YEAR ONLY
Students should take note of the institutional rules G7-G11 on re-admission of students to undergraduate programs.
A student that progresses at a slower rate that that set out below, will be reused further re-admission on the grounds of ‘poor performance’.

Notes:
Credits refer to SAQA credits.
Academic period refers to each year that the student was enrolled.
Completion Rules
An undergraduate student will complete the program if he/she has accumulated a minimum of 360 and 480 credits for the mainstream and extended programs respectively, passed all core courses/modules, passed all the foundation courses/modules, passed the required elective, and he/she had a full 120 credits minimum year load throughout his/her study period.
