To successfully apply, ensure you have the following:

1. An accessible and active email address (for OTP verification and communication).
2. A valid postal address.
3. South African ID document or Passport (for international applicants).
4. Matric certificate or Statement of symbols.
5. Grade 12 school report (if currently in Grade 12).

The system automatically assesses your matric results and/or subject combinations. Qualifications that you do not qualify for will be greyed out.

After submitting:

• You will receive a student number.
• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

• Apply for a maximum of three (3) qualification choices.
• Add more choices later, but you cannot change existing choices after submission.

• Each application is valid for a single academic year. You must reapply for future academic years.

Yes. A non-refundable application fee of R100 is applicable.

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page. A new password will be sent to your email.

Yes. You must complete all steps to ensure your application is submitted successfully.

You will receive:

1. A student number.
2. An email confirmation verifying receipt of your application.
