Hollywood Foundation visits WSU to create Awareness about its bursary

The strategic relations established between WSU and one of its past students at the recently-held Alumni Reunion have already borne fruit thanks to her strategic positioning in one of the country's leading betting companies.

Discussions at the reunion between the university's Alumni Relations Office and WSU PR graduate and Hollywoodbets Public Relations Manager, Kuhle Mkhize, soon after turned to action as the Hollywood Foundation visited the institution's Buffalo City Campus and Butterworth Campus on Tuesday 9 September to engage with students from the ICT department about the entity's Bursary Fund.

"This initiative comes just a few months after we hosted the Alumni Reunion event at Butterworth Campus. This of course is for us an indication of the importance of such events that are dedicated to establishing relationships and strategic partnerships with some of our alumni. It's thus imperative that we continue to organize such events, so we can benefit our students," said Alumni Relations Office deputy director, Sandiso Mbongo.
