Dr Courage Matobobo is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Business and Applications Development at Walter Sisulu University, where I have served since 2020. I hold a PhD in Information Systems from the University of South Africa (UNISA). My academic career spans several reputable institutions, including False Bay College, CTI Education Group (now Eduvos), and UNISA, where I contributed as a Teaching Assistant.
As an educator, I am deeply passionate about cultivating critical thinking skills and fostering student-centred learning approaches that empower learners to take ownership of their educational journey. My research and teaching philosophy emphasize the integration of technology and innovation to enhance learning experiences and prepare students for dynamic digital environments.
I have presented my research at both local and international conferences and have contributed to the academic community through published book chapters, journal articles, and conference proceedings. My ongoing work continues to explore emerging trends in information systems and education, particularly within the context of digital transformation and skills development in higher education.

Nosipho is an academic specialising in Information Technology, with her research interests centred on artificial intelligence in education, human–computer interaction (HCI), data analytics for enhancing student success, and technology-enhanced learning. Her doctoral research currently focuses on creating an AI-driven career guidance framework to assist undergraduate students in making well-informed and personalised career choices. Her teaching philosophy emphasises a learner-centred, participatory, and technology-integrated approach, aiming to cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation among students. She supports the use of blended and multimodal teaching methods to establish inclusive, adaptable, and engaging learning environments that equip students for the swiftly changing IT landscape. She has shared her research findings at academic conferences and contributed to scholarly publications on AI in education, student success analytics, and the development of intelligent career support systems.
