Dr Sandra Chikotie is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Human Resources Management. She has held lecturing positions at University of Limpopo and Rhodes University. Beyond academic roles, she has held the positions of Programme Officer and Facilitator for Public Service Accountability Monitor as well as facilitator, moderator and assessor for the National School of Government.   

Dr Chikotie’s areas of specialisation are labour relations and disability diversity management.

Ms. Nqulelwa Madiwa

Ms. Madikwe teaches Human Resources Development and Business Management. 

Madikwa Mavitane joined the University on 12 February 2010. She worked as a part-time Lecturer in the Department of Human Resources. In 2014, I became a Programme Coordinator of the Extended Programme. During that process, I worked hand in hand with the departmental Staff, tracking and monitoring students' performance in ECP. I was organizing student tours and site visits. Ordering all the Learning Materials, for ECP students as Textbooks for Major Modules and Tablets. During this journey, I became more interested in Entrepreneurship and Business Management; hence, I am now furthering my studies in entrepreneurship. I am also a registered member of SABPP.
