The ICT Projects Section coordinates the planning, implementation and monitoring of ICT initiatives in alignment with institutional priorities.

Its responsibilities include:

• ICT project planning and coordination.
• Project scope, schedule, budget and resource monitoring.
• Stakeholder engagement and requirements coordination.
• Implementation oversight, risk and dependency management.
• Project progress reporting and benefits monitoring.
• Implementation coordination, handover and post-project review.
