This section provides and maintains the technology infrastructure required to support the University's digital operations.

Its responsibilities include:

• Campus network connectivity, internet access and Wi-Fi.
• Network administration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Server, storage and computing infrastructure.
• Hosting, backup and recovery capabilities.
• Infrastructure availability, capacity and performance management.
• Technical infrastructure planning and maintenance.
